The Fenton Flyer is a traditional country pub situated just off the beaten track in the village of Church Fenton, North Yorkshire. Our pub takes its name from the former Second World War fighter base just a couple of hundred yards down the road. The Spitfires and Hurricanes may be long since gone but due homage is paid to the good and the brave in the varied selection of memorabilia which adorns the walls, most of which has been donated by former RAF personnel. As well as a cracking selection of cask ale (John Smith's), lagers, wines and spirits, the Fenton Flyer has an enviable reputation for quality 'home-cooked' food. Our traditional Sunday lunch is a particular favourite with customers and pre-booking is advisable. In addition, the kiddies play area and extensive beer gardens make this a great place for the whole family to enjoy. CHRISTMAS PARTY MENU NOW AVAILABLE!! |
